How do I book lessons or a Tour and find availability?

Please call us anytime at #508-259-2728. We will be happy to answer any questions and assist you with enrolling in out kiteboarding program. Advanced reservations or last minute bookings, we will try our best to get you out on a kite as soon as the wind’s up. Please call with credit card to make a reservation and to enroll.

Are the lessons group or private?

All of our kiteboarding courses are 3 hour sessions and offered as “shared” & “one on one”. We operate with up to 4 participants for each session which can vary from 1-4 participants depending on our schedule.  Both “shared” and “ one on one” lessons have the option of additional self-sufficient participants joining the session for a “kite tour”. We also offer hourly private lessons for those who want a solely exclusive charter.

What is the windcheck and cancellation policy for lessons and camps?

WINDCHECK POLICY: All lessons and camps are paid in full upon booking with Skyhigh Kiteboarding Inc. to assure a time slot and the availability of a coach, equipment and space aboard our boat. If a lesson or tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, your lesson or tour will be rescheduled to the next available session. We strive to get you riding and will do everything possible to reschedule your lesson or tour promptly. If a lesson or camp cannot be completed during your trip, you will be issued a windcheck equivalent to the value of the lesson or sessions you were not able to complete. The full value of a windcheck may be redeemed for future lessons & tours.  If you fail to show up at the time of your scheduled lesson or tour, or fail to call to postpone your scheduled lesson or camp, you will forfeit the value of your lesson or tour and will not receive a windcheck. It is the student's responsibility to be prepared with the proper water wear to keep them warm and comfortable for the duration of their lessons, no windchecks will be issued for improper dress.  Windchecks are valid for 2 years and are transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All Sales are Final, No Refunds.  All lessons and tours may be cancelled or rescheduled, with a complete credit used for future lessons & tours.  If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance.  No windchecks will be issued for last minute cancellations or no shows. 

What happens if the conditions are not right for my scheduled lesson or tour?

In the event of a postponement or cancellation due to weather conditions, your lesson or tour will be rescheduled to the next available session.  We strive to get you riding and will do everything possible to reschedule your lesson or tour promptly. What do I need to bring?

We provide all kiteboarding & safety equipment for your lesson or tour. Water wear (wetsuits, neoprene, sun protective clothing etc.) is not included with your lesson or tour.  However there is a good selection available to purchase & rent on the island.  Water shoes/booties must be worn during kiteboarding lessons and are not included.  It is the student's responsibility to be prepared with the proper water wear to keep them warm and comfortable for the duration of their lessons. We are happy to assist with recommendations, sizing, and information about the current conditions.
